cleaning your colon in this way has no know (or shound i say proven) medical benefit. fruit/fveg/fibre/whole grains/fruit teas/water as part of a balanced diet should be enough to keep colon happy! no need to cut out meat completely…
Your body is very good at self-repair if you stay active and eat well!
@66mooro you are right, but i noticed when i eat this way i am regular, i feel more energized and it has helped me fatten my stomach. While on my journey i will be posting things that i am experiencing. I noticed that eating meat seems to slow my cleansing time.
@66mooro I also noticed that whole grains and starch vegies which i love also seem to slow my weightloss. I assume its because i don’t workout hard enough to be able to consume these foods yet. But once i cut starches out, i began to see a huge difference.
@istofal hey – it’s all good – that’s what it’s all about – sharing experiences! i just worry sometimes when
i hear people say stuff like “i’m on the water and dust diet and i lost 20lbs in a week!!”
you seem like you have a sensible approach tho ;-)
@66mooro yeah i tried them all, never did the water fasting though. But after years of trying different things I think i finally got it. lol dust diet, i don’t think ive tried or heard of that one.
