  2. Pretty basic information you’re giving out here but explained very concisely and effectively. Good work!

  3. @SVNsoldier – Thanks very much. I think there are too many rocket scientists around and for the likes of me and the average person we just want something simple and easy to do. Your fantastic comment means I must be getting it a bit right. Baz

  12. @TheAndyboy1994 – Thanks very much for the compliment. Baz

  13. Skull crusher is very good for tricep strength and mass building… i could do 25kg a side skull crush when i was 17

  14. @priceywbaboy – Yes it certainly is a great way to get stronger and bigger. Baz

  15. Always preferred doing triceps over biceps myself. I find doing biceps an absolute chore and it takes a long time to see results. Still do them but get no enjoyment out of it.

Tricep exercises are so much more rewarding.

  16. @headcaseman – that might be because you are overdoing them. I would only do one main exericse for the biceps. Go heavy 5/6 sets with 8-12 reps per set. You will see some very quick results. Baz

  17. Cool video

  18. @mladenbla – thanks very much I am glad you like it. Baz

  19. you say you dont do this exercise often… so what do you do mostly instead?

  20. @comperko – My main exercise is tricep pushdowns. I just think that I get the best from them. I also do these but only now and again. I find they certanly do make a nice difference then for me. Baz

  21. hey whats up baz…… great videos!!! is it alright to work all body parts except for legs once a week.

  22. hey whats up baz…… great videos!!! is it alright to work all body parts except for legs once a week. legs twice?

  23. @tarzanjungle80 – Yes that is fine. A lot of people do it that way. If you think it works best for you. I like to do each muscle 2 times a week. Thanks for the compliment. Baz

  24. when doing the skullcrusher you should move the bar behind you head not against the forhead. I was doing it like you when a pro bodybuilder told me that was wrong at the gym. You dosent stretch the muscle enough, for maximum effect you should move the bar all the way behind you head. (sorry for the bad enlgish, im from sweden)

  25. @lolmani1 – yes going behind the head is just a good variation of the normal skull crusher. This one will still work very well and is done by a lot of people. I would not agree with him that it is wrong it is like saying a half squat is useless. They all work it is just a matter of preference. Baz
