How to avoid white patches & dry skin on my face during winter? is it due to vitamin deficiancy in the body ?


Hello friends season greetings to all.. Every year during winter my chicks speacily the skin around nose & lips get dry shows white patches How can i avoid that? is it due to any vitamin deficiency or its just a normal dry skin?

  1. It is generally due to going from the dry heat in a warm house to the cold air outside. Drink plenty of water. Additionally, vitamins A and E may help from the inside out.

  2. I suspect Psoriasis. It’s quite common. Is there also reddness of the skin around the nose. If so, apply hydrocortisone 1% twice a day until the condition improves. Then apply once a day in the morning. If the condition does con improve, consult a dermatologist.

  3. cortizone cream when you have the patches when you don’t you can use a moisturizer like aveeno plus at night you can use vaseline

  4. You referred to your "chicks". I read that about 5 times before I got it………………….You mean cheeks…………..No, it is not vitamins. Use a good lotion daily on your entire body. I prefer Vaseline Intensive care. Everyone dries out in the winter. It comes from the dry conditions in our homes and work places.

    It doesn’t hurt to add extra vitamin C and B this time of year to prevent colds, flu etc.

    DON’T USE the lotion on your lips or eyes. There are special products for those places……………
