How should i stretch my ear?
Alright so i got my ears pierced about 2 months back. They told me i should wait 2 months before stretching. It's been 2 months and about an extra week. So i went into my piercing shop today and grabbed some 8g earrings, but I didn't ask them to help me put them in because i was in a bit of a hurry. Anyway, i heard jojoba oil is good for your ears. Should i use it before i stretch, or after?
Also i know it's good to put them in while you're in the shower. However i don't want to take a shower just for that. I was thinking i would soak them in my sea-salt solution (from when i was cleaning them for the initial piercing, still have half a gallon left). One time to clean them, with the earrings in, and then when i'm ready to do the stretch, just take my earring out, soak each ear a little in the warm/hot salt water. Then put a little bit of anti-bacterial hand soap (non-scented and all that of course) on the earring. Then just pop em in.
I assume i'll know if they weren't ready and i get a blowout. Also, are there any other tips you can give me? My ear seems clean. They don't hurt like they use to. They're not oozing anything.
Also as an end note, i got them pierced at a 10g. The professional piercers at the parlor (they ONLY do piercings at this place, no tattoos) said 2 months and i should be good to stretch, they even said yeah i should be fine when i went back in to get the earrings today. I got vitamin e oil instead of jojoba (the store i went to was out of jojoba).
OK since the only answer i got was "Don't do it."
Let me state a few things. I have thought twice, more than twice actually about it. I don't care if certain people don't like them, i like them and plenty of girls like them. I don't feel the need to revolve my life around what will get me a girlfriend. It's how i want to look. I got my ears pierced at a 10g SPECIFICALLY for this. Also, i know the long term implications. I expect to have them forever (i treat piercings like tattoos, if you get them, they're a life-long commitment, even the small ones that can close up).
Also the whole "how do you think it'll look when you're 80!?!" argument is the stupidest thing ever. How good do you think you'll look without them when you're 80?
@sasha and the person under her. I wasn't yelling, i was just saying :o
sorry if i came off a bit angry. That's just how i feel about the "when you're 80" argument, and i was just explaining that so people don't keep giving me answers that say "Don't do it." I respect your opinion, in fact one of my best friends thinks that they're dumb. I apologize if it seemed like i was getting really mad. I'm not that temperamental ;)

Chill, everyone has different opinions.
Most people just use vaseline or really any type of lubricant before/during/after they’re stretching their ears.
You’re only going from a 10G to an 8G, I highly doubt you’ll get a blow out, but if it hurts at all don’t stretch them. Sounds like you already know what you’re doing.

Don’t. I think it’s so gross and completely unattractive! Please think twice about it!!!.. And RELAX kid. Just an opinion being thrown out there!

i agree with sasha first ask yourself why do you see other ppl doing it are your friends if you think its cool go ahead we all have different style if you know someone who has stretched their hole you should ask them i would think it would take a while depending on how big you want the hole but to me they look like droopy flabby dog ears or how like ancient chinese warriors had those fat droopy ears or aztecs idk lol but whatever floats your boat !
