How much weight will I lose if….?
I am wondering if I weigh over 200lbs, if I walk 1-2 miles for 4-5 days a week and eat a sensible diet,& take Phentermine-how much weight should I expect to lose in a week,month? And what will boost the weight loss?-Will an over the counter vitamin help (GNC).

The most I have ever weighed was 190. I ate a 1200-1400 calorie diet and walked about 1 hour a day. (no weight meds) and I lost 28 pounds in 6 weeks. People think that is incredible but I have always thought i was pretty lucky and that losing weight is really not all that hard if you just work your ass off and get mentally stronger its so much more mental than anything for me.

Safe weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week when on a low calorie diet with exercise. You should talk with you doctor before taking other medication with phentermine.

I would not take a weight loss pill. Losing weight is actually changing your patterns for good. You dont want to always been a pill, and from what I have heard they dont work. sensible diet is good, add 8 glasses of water a day. Multi vitamin is good too When you walk you need to go at a really brisk pace as well. If you are just starting you might lose 5 pounds the first week and some of that will be mostly water…You may go a week without losing any but keep it up and eventually it pays off…

Please dont take the Phentermine thing.
If you walk 1 to 2 mile 5x per week and eat 3 healthy meals you will loose weight.
The fact that you eat and dont skip breakfast along with the exercise from walking you will increase your basal metabolism, so you dont need that phentermine thing.
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day, especially before, durina and after exercise. Drink vegetable juice 10 minutes before every meal, it will also curb your appetite a bit. But do not starve yourself!
Try switching from white refined bread to whole grain, same for pasta and rice. Even if the calories are of the same amount, the whole grain’s fibers will make you feel fuller longer and that extra fiber will come out…
eat plenty of veggies and fruit, reasonable portions of everything else. Dont forget to have 2 to 3 portions of dairy product every day.

It sounds like you need to change your life style. Diets per se don’t work, but changing your bad habits for good ones work wonders. Walking is a great exercise and sensible eating will definitely help. I went on the Isagenix plan and started walking and lost weight and feel great. It is totally natural and easy to fit into any life style. Check it out.
