How much weight can i lose in a week by eating and drinking vegetables, multi-vitamins and water. Please no rude answers and thankyou in advance.

  1. If your body is used to meat you shouldn’t just stop eating it. That can do more harm then good and can even make you gain more weight.

    If you want to lose weight. Lay off the junk food and sugary foods/drinks. Work out. Either by lifting weight, riding a bike, walking/running, swimming and so on. You can still eat meat and lose weight. Just don’t eat a hambugar everyday. You can eat a ham or turkey sandwhich for lunch and still lose weight.

  2. You should never want to loose more than 5 pounds a week when diet and excercising! And not every week in a row. 2 to 3 pounds a week is healthy. But if your just looking at one week try to aim for 5 pounds anything more than that isnt healthy for your body. :)

  3. It would depend I lost I think 5-8 pounds and I would just drink water n eat fruits.
    This is something I really wouldn’t recommend though bc it does harm your body. Just saying think twice before actually doing this.
