How much Vitamin C is necessary to be eaten with iron-rich foods for the benefit of absorbing more iron?

Thanks in advance :)
Thanks, but I was wondering how much is necessary to eat at the same time as iron-rich foods for absorption.

  1. Around 80 mg a day is enough.
Vegetables like broccoli and bok choy are rich in iron. These vegetables are high iron and also high in vitamin C.
Strawberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, peppers, tomatoes are all Vitamin c rich. One orange has around 60mg, a green pepper 45, 1/2 cup broccoli 60mg.

    Much better than synthetic vitamins.
