How much vitamin B is too much?
I take a "super" vitamin B complex supplement every morning, and it gives me a fairly good "boost" of energy, but it only last a few hours. Is there any harm in taking a second one in the afternoon to get that "boost" back for the rest of the work day? And can you OD on vitamin B?
The one I take has the following:
B1 - 100 mg
B2 - 20 mg
B3 - 25 mg
B6 - 2 mg
Folic Acid (B9) - 400mcg
B12 - 15 mcg

i’d say keep having those vitamin B complex supplements!
there’s no harm in these quantities
