  3. whats the song at the end? its 70 ish – I Like it :D

  4. I weigh about 54kg as a 19 year old male. I am thinking of getting to about 60kg which works out as 150g of protein a day, holy crap :O

  5. @xsoroton Easy man, all you have to do is just burn 8,000 calories every day.

  6. congrats u just won a subscriber!

  7. This guy seems to me to be extremely wise! Covered everything?

  8. This guy makes a big blunder, though, he states ” most people will tell you you can eat between .8 and 1 -1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean bodyweight”. This is wrong, as it is in KILOGRAMS, not pounds. Is this why Americans are eating twice the amount of protein than they need- the metric-imperial confusion?

  9. The folks at bodybuilding make the same mistake , and I’m suspicious, as they are in the business of SELLING PROTEIN. I sent them a rectification order and am waiting for a reply.

  10. Not at all professional.

  11. In fact, these comments are idiotic. With all those certificates on the walls, and then he contradicts himself, CONFUSES himself. It is very clear to me that this guy is TOTALLY CONFUSED about protein consumption. How long has he been misteaching people for? Too much muscle, not enough brain, although I suppose it may be an innocent enough mistake…………is he in the business of selling protein too? Maybe this video should be removed?

  12. @zogjones This is BS! A 200 pound man who does strength training only needs 150grams of (quality) protein per day, not 240. Any more than this is totally unnecessary and wasteful.

  13. Seems this video has sparked some debate. That’s always a good thing.

  14. good video, guy knows what hes talking about

  15. so I gues I should subtract the amount of protein I gain from my food, and not just go all out 250 grams off say, whey protein supplement?

  16. What is high in protein but keeps that percentage of fat and carbs without that protein power? So what meats and fish should i eat or number of eggs?

  17. @xsoroton id say for you . . .eat an apple and call it a day

  18. Thanks for sharing your knowledge brother! Keep it up!

  19. Do you have any opinions on Protein shakes?

  20. do you technically need protein to gain muscle? can you get buff with out protein?

  21. @DOOMLORDHOKAGE NO

  22. @DOOMLORDHOKAGE YES u need it & NO.

  23. I just love you guys who break the stereotypes. Interesting, I didn’t know excess protein will give you excess insulin release.

  24. @thelifeuwant The Brothers Johnson – Stomp.

  25. dude your biceps dont look natural no offense.
