How much of each vitamin should I be getting per day?

I'm female, 20 years old, 5'0", 105 pounds. I have A LOT of trouble swallowing pills, so I take children's gummy pectin drops from Whole Foods (I can't take One-A-Day adults because they use gelatin).

How much of each vitamin should I be getting per day? As in, how many mg/mcg/IU should I be taking of Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E, B12, folic acid, calcium, iodine, zinc, etc. per day? That way I can figure out how many gummies I need to eat
