How much IU of Vitamin A does a tomato have?

I heard that Vitamin A was pretty good for clearing acne, and with the going back to school and all..... I read that I should take about 25,000 IU of Vitamin A daily. I do not want to take it in pill form, and since the garden in my yard is growing a lot of tomatoes. I was wondering how much IU of Vitamin A does a tomato have?
