How many vitamin supplement pills should one take a day and what is the time frame to take each one?

I'm currently taking Vitamin C, Ubiquinol, fish oil, chlorella and acai pills, brewers yeast powder, alpha lipoic acid.

Thank you.

  1. You can basically take as many as you’d like to as long as they don’t interfere with each other (or any prescriptions you’re taking). For the specific ones you ask about, you can take all of those in the same day with no problem as long as you follow the recommendations and warnings on the bottles (eg. with food or without food). If you’re taking any prescriptions, I’d recommend checking with your doctor or pharmacist to see if these supplements would interact negatively with the drugs.

As far as when to take them, if the bottles don’t say a timeframe, it doesn’t matter. Ubiquinol, Brewer’s Yeast, and anything else that can give you energy would be best to take at least a few hours before bed time so they don’t keep you up, but I’ve never seen an "ideally taken at __ PM" statement associated with any of those products. ;-) Good luck and I hope I helped!
