  1. what about Pure Matcha green tea powder? That’s not considered a bad powdered supplement, right? I believe it’s just tea thats powdered. Can you give some insight about Matcha aka Maccha?

  2. @DelNorteAvenue I don’t think that powder is terrible, but it isn’t optimal. Powdered foods are as dry as they can get, they are not whole foods anymore and have been completely oxidized. They aren’t the best for keeping you fully hydrated. I would rather brew some green tea, chill it and use it in a smoothie than add the powder, but do what works for you. Powders are not optimal but sometimes they are convenient and I wouldn’t say you’re doing your health harm with a little Matcha powder.

  3. I’ve heard that one shouldn’t eat the same green more than 3-4 days in a row and then you should change the green or the green could start making you sick. Is this true? Thanks for the help!

  5. @Misticiffy98 We use the Blendtec Total Blender, which we absolutely love.
