How many Flintstone's vitamins would an adult take?
I was out buying a multivitamin the other day and saw a box of Flintstone's vitamins. I didn't purchase it, but it did make me pretty curious if an adult could still take those delicious little vitamins, maybe more than one at a time to match what would be provided in a regular multivitamin.
Just for the record, I really wouldn't recommend that anybody take more than one of the same vitamin, unless advised by a doctor. I'm just very curious.

Every "adult" multi-vitamin I’ve ever taken makes me so sick. I started taking the Flintstone’s about a year ago and I take 2 each day. It doesn’t say that, but I still do. I figure taking a Flintstone’s vitamin is better than either taking nothing or throwing up from the other vitamins.
