  1. No carbs? What do you think fruits are made of? Fructose. Sugar.

    Approximations:
1 medium green apple, 50 cals
1 medium green apple, 50 cals
    1 medium banana, 100 cals
    1 medium orange, 50 cals

3oz lean turkey breast, 100 cals
    String cheese, 80 cals

1/2 skinless lean chicken breast, 150 cals
3 egg whites, 15 cals each, 45 cals total

    2 cups spinach, 15 cals
    1/2 cup broccoli, 10 cals

No calories in vitamins or minerals.

That’s only 600 or so calories. You need a more balanced diet, with more food & even, yes, more fat.

  2. No carbs is reaaaaally bad. You NEED NEED NEED carbs, especially as a dancer.

    Fruit: 340ish

    Veggies: 50-100 calories

    Meat: 350-400

That is only 840 calories at most. You need much more food.

  3. 1 medium apple-70 cal
    1 med. apple-70 cal
    1 orange-60 cal
    1 med. banana-120 cal

3 oz turkey breast-80 cal (if its sliced)
    cheese-80 cal
    chicken breast-120 cal
    3 egg whites-60 cal

    spinach-maybe like..50 cal at most
    1/2 cup broccoli-30 cal

and yes that is healthy, but not enough substance. you need more calories, and more foods. your body needs carbs.
    you are dancing.

  4. okay well you HAVE to eat carbs!

    Fruit: 350

    Veggies: 75 cals
