How many b12 vitamins can I take?

I started taking B12 vitamins for energy. The bottle says one serving is one gummy. In one gummy there is 250 mcg. Iwas wondering If I could increase the serving to get more energy. Can you even overdose on a vitamin?

  1. You should take the Vitamin B complex and not just B12. This group of vitamins works together to produce energy. The vitamin B group is a complex of several vitamins grouped together because they have similar function in the body with great benefits. All B vitamins help the body to convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which is "burned" to produce energy, also help the body metabolize fats and protein. B complex vitamins are necessary for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and liver. They also help the nervous system function properly.
Al Nothing works instantly, you need to take it at least a week to see results. You can not over dose on B12 as it is water soluble and the body only uses what it needs.

  2. You can’t overdose on B12, you will just pee it out because your body can only use so much. Taking extra won’t benefit you.
