How long does it take for vitamins/supplements to take effect?


I am anemic (due to being a vegetarian) and have been suffering from severe fatigue for the past month or so. I started to take a multi-vitamin and extra calcium and iron supplements in hopes that they would improve my health and energy level.

I was just wondering how long it takes for supplements to start working through your system so I know if vitamin deficiencies are something that I should keep looking into.

    Everybody is different though. Your body will react in a different way.

  3. i take hydroxy cut max for about 3 weeks now i exercise and eat less! i felt it the 1st day that i started taking it i have already lots weight and am very happy with this! i also take a meal supplement that help me no get hungry!

  4. I usually takes at least two weeks to start to help.
