Question: I having been taking this vitamin for 2 yrs, 3 tablets daily, label indicates you can take 6 tablets daily?
Would there be any benifit taking 6 tablets daily?

Vitamins are essential to living… if you didn’t have enough intake of Vitamins and minerals, you would be severely deficient over time and that leads to not only health problems, but people have died from deficiencies (it’s actually quite common in 3rd world countries).
That being said, if the bottle says to take 6 a day, it’s generally best to stick with the recommendation on the bottle. Good luck and I hope I helped!
