How I Ended My Lower Back Pain – Part 1: Intro

At 57 years of age, I have finally eliminated my back pain. I have suffered with this terrible pain for about 8 years. Now it's gone. This video will give you some background. The 9 additional videos in this series will give you the details you need to make this work for you. This is about some simple exercises to build you abdominal, lower back and upper leg muscles. This exercise program has been miraculous for me. Don't even consider surgery unless after consistently doing these exercises you still have your pain.

  1. The muscles that compress the spine and give stability r the smaller muscles which suffer atrophy due to our bigger muscle groups taking over. The small muscles which require strengthening include transverse abdominus, multifidus & internal obliques. These muscles make up your inner unit & provide spinal stability.

  2. Thank a lot! your are saying only the truth. Hope to everybody who have back pain listen to you. I definitively will
