How do you take liquid vitamin capsules?


i mean it says "take 2 capsules with a small amount of water..
"keep bottle capped at all times and store in a cool dry place.Natural seperation may occur"

do i just swallow the whole pill with water ?
or do i break the pill open put it in water and then drink it??

im confused

im taking GAIA HERBS-skin and nail support- liquid phyto caps btw
