How do vitamins and supplements work?

If I were to eat a multivitamin, how would it work? I searched this on google and it just gave me a list of what the different vitamins are and what they're used for, but what I need is to know (sorry this was difficult to explain) is, when I eat one, what does it do inside of me in order to give me the effects its supposed to. Lets take Vitamin A for example, its supposed to give me good skin, so when I eat one, what does it do inside of me in order to give me healthier skin?

  1. Metaphysically speaking, everything in the universe has it’s own vibration. Skin cells vibrate at a particular frequency. Vitamins and minerals vibrate at frequencies also. So your skin needs the vibrations of vitamin A and a host of other vibrations from alot of other vitamins. So when you ingest a vitamin, it is digested and passed into the blood stream it’s the vibrations of the vitamin that aids in repairing and maintaining the body and organs. This is why it is important to take natural food based vitamins instead of synthetic ones. The fillers, ingredients, binders, etc. of synthetic vitamins cause the vitamins to vibrate out of frequency and the body does not recognize this as food and is eliminated without being utilized. It’s best though to eat an organic and balanced diet to get the required vitamins. Vitamins taken without food do no good…..the vibrations of vitamins help digest food into their vibratory components also as well as help create enzymes, hormones, blood cells, and alot of other biochemical products that your body uses to maintain good health.

An analogy to this is a plant’s roots are actually antennas that pick up the vibrations of minerals in the soil to help them grow. It’s not the mineral itself but the vibration of the mineral that the plant needs to grow.

Now if you’re looking a conventional scientific answer study biochemistry because the processes involved are too expansive and involved to discuss in this forum.
