How do they get so much vitamin into such small pills?
I bought a vitamin D-3 pill (2000 i.u) and it is in a gel pill that is smaller than a 200 i.u vitamin E pill... how is that even possible? The 200 iu pill is the smallest vitamin i have ever seen!
I mean is was the smallest before the 2000 IU D pill.

When you have a pure chemical, all you have are molecules of that chemical. You add a filler to hold it together and you have a very small pill.
