How do I start an exercise program if I’m overweight, have slightly high blood pressure and asthma?
I would really like to get back into shape and lose about 100 lbs while doing it! I've started to eat healthier but now I'm ready to add some exercise into my daily routine. I am 28, have had asthma since 1 years old and I have slightly high blood pressure (not enough to get meds for). I want to have a baby next year, so I need to be as healthy as possible! PLEASE HELP!

I would just say exercise, but you should talk to a doctor about this. This requires professional advice. You don’t need medicine to lower your blood pressure.

Begin by going for a slow walk then over time increas your speed and distance.
Swimming is great for exercise and especially so for those with asthma if you enjoy it.
