How do I know which vitamins I need?
Is there a way to find out, through testing or anything, which vitamins my body specifically needs more of? I just starting exercising and eating right, and I want to just feel healthy overall.
I have suffered from depression and got off anti-depressants October 31st. I feel much better now, with regards to the chemicals being out of my body- because I was ridiculously tired. However, I don't know, I still feel like they are in me.

A multi-vitamin probably won’t hurt you and is the easiest way to reassure yourself. But don’t start taking lots of pills in the hopes that they’ll make you feel better. There’s a lot of nonsense on the web posted by drugsellers trying to convince you that eating tons of their pills will prevent cancer and they always turn out to be wrong. Not to mention that your body is designed to get vitamins from FOOD, not pills. Your body may not be able to absorb vitamins from pills properly.
Mostly, just be sure you’re getting a balanced diet with lots of DIFFERENT foods (no fad diets!) and good amounts of fruit and vegetables.

A good multi-vitamin / multi-mineral tablet is a great start.
I take a B-vitamin complex and a multi-vitamin / multi-mineral tablet every day.
