How come my stomach hurts after taking multi vitamin pill?
I take One a Day Teens (for her) everyday after I eat. I never take it on an empty stomach. Why does my stomach hurt so much after taking it? How to stop it?
For example I just finished having a salad, then I took the multi vitamin pill. My stomach really hurts right now! HELP!

I just googled this for myself as I have the same ache right now even though I took it with a grilled cheese. I have no idea why it happens, everytime! I just distract myself by watching TV or doing something, it takes like 1/2 an hour to go away but I don’t think there’s anything we can do to actually stop it.

try an hour before you eat, lots of water and pill

It may not be going all the way into your stomach, I’ve had that happen. Try taking it at the beginning of the meal. The rest of the food will push it through.
