How can I reduce my blood pressure when I feel anxious and nervous?
My heart beat rate increases a lot when im feeling anxiety or nervousness. My body reacts to these circumstances by releasing cold sweats. I do not feel any kind of pain in my chest though. How can I be calm and reduce my blood pressure?
Thanks.

its normal for you HR and BP to go with anxiety, calm down and understand that if you keep think about it, and take your BP, and fuel your anxiety with "whys and what ifs" it will stay high longer, not that it can harm you, but you have to stop thinking about it in some point, relax and go do something you like to do, and drop those worries, see those health worries is just worries, they are much more weaker than you think.

Try the simple things first.
Nice warm bath or a nice stroll outside if the weather is nice.
Or just lie down for a while and dream yourself to wherever you want to be…….lying on a nice beach with the sound of the waves gently coming in.
Read a book, stroke the dog or cat if you have one, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination.
