try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair

Washing your hair everyday doesnt help it grow..
wow
Nothing makes hair grow faster but a lack of iron and everyday nutrition can slow it down. If you have short hair and want it to your waist will take around 3 years to do so.
Just eat healthy. Drink plenty of water. Get a good amount of exercise. Take a multi-vitamin and Biotin. Thats all you can do really

hahahaha…Grow up to your waste…good luck with that! I have a feeling if it is growing up even if it is long enough to reach your head it will fall and cover your ass instead….so strange. Shampoo doesn’t matter as much as diet. There may be different foods and minerals that will help with hair growth.

put heavy curlers at the ends and it will get longer.

hair will grow if you don’t iron it or use that much heat on it and get it trimmed every 6-8 weeks that will really help i used to have long hair but then i cut it and now i want long hair again to my waist around

use John Frieda Root Awakening shampoos and conditioners. they speed up growth a little bit. also, massage your scalp when showering. this stimulates hair growth.
other than that, just wait. you can just have long hair at the touch of a button. you have to wait a while. i think girls hair only grows like half an inch a month.
p.s.
its waist, not waste

My hair is long and is blonde. In fact my hair reaches 1 inch away from my but. (LOL) I recommend you do not cut it. Do not use any heat close or at your hair. Eat rite and do not try to over eat or under eat cause that will not help. Have you heard a myth though? This goes against everything i said but If you cut your hair when the moon is full( just a inch or two) it will grow 3times faster and you will have no worry. I have not done the myth. But if you want to try it, what will be the harm anyway? My mom did it and it was rite? I wonder if it will work on you. Just try it.

Ok, well for starters, i’m not going to say anything about your diet because it has NOTHING to do with you hair length, lack of iron does slow the process of growing but the main this is Genetics, how fast does your mom or dads hair grow that could give you an idea, every person is supposed to grow 1/2 an inch to 1 inch a month so it would take quite a while for your hair to grow down to your waist, so please don’t stress this, also when it finally does reach your waist DON’T CHOP IT OFF! because you are likely to want to grow it long again and stress about it. BTW shampoo and conditioner don’t matter as to how fast your hair will grow.

regular trims are a must plus i apply vitamin e to fresh washed hair, it tames the frizzies, deep conditions and makes hair grow really really fast but it takes about a month for this to kick in. dont message into the scalp, hair will feel slightly sticky until dry then it will be nice and soft. a big bottle of e vitamin is cheap and lasts a long long time. regular trims about every 7-9 weeks
