Flax seeds, and not the oil, buy a bag of flax seeds, you could probably find them in bulk, and then a cheap coffee bean grinder. Grind them up and add them to things like smoothies, oatmeal, cereal, baking. They are super cheap, full of healthy omega-3′s and healthy oils. My mom started throwing them into her homemade bread and my dad sprouted hairs where hair hadn’t grown in years, my grandma’s old brittle white hair turned a thicker healthier light grey, and my hair just looked healthier in general.

any pills that promise hair growth are a scam, and won’t work.
I know you said you don’t want to take a pill, but there is this herbal suppliment (you can find it in the vitamin aisle) called Biotin. Although I am not 100% sure it can help, it gives you plant nutrients that can benefit you and help your hair grow. Also, I heard taking prenatal vitamins helps, but they have a lot of iron in them and it can be unsafe.
Otherwise, just eat healthily and drink water. They healthier you are, the healthier your hair will be, which means your hair will grow better, but not necessarily faster.
Hair grows at about 1/2 inch per month, so it’s all just a long waiting game. Sorry, I know that sucks but I have to deal with it too. I wish I could just make my hair grow faster too!

Eat healthy, get enough vitamins, and trim your hair regularily to remove dead tips and allow for faster growth!

there is no way(that i know of) i wanted to make my hair grow faster too,
but i found out it grows at the rate of half a inch a month,so it would take a year to put on 6 inch’s.
there is no pills,or any other way,and if there was i wouldn’t use it
haven’t you noticed whenever we screw with natures Design,it throws the body out of wack…..for instance steroids
leave your body alone kid, learn to love yourself the way you are.
we are just ruining nature with all the crap like hair dyes, and styling products, havent you wondered where that stuff goes? you better because by the time you grow up,there wont be a world that can give you clean water,or unpoluted food source.
television and the world has lied to you,you dont need to look like taylor swift,or jessica alba…..beauty comes from the inside out,not the other way around……people have to change,or all the good looks wont matter, when your air is poluted, your water is tainted, and your good is poisoned.
love you the way you are.your probaly cute enough

You can’t make your hair grow faster, but you can make it grow healthier.
To do that, condition on a regular basis, don’t brush your hair when wet, use a wide-tooth comb to get rid of the tangles, only wash you hair when it’s dirty and don’t brush your hair too often or too hard (specially if you have very wavy or curly hair).
Remember to get regular trims to get rid of split ends and avoit heating tools.
If you take good care of your hair, it will be healthier and you won’t have to get so much trimmed everytime you go to the salon.
A good diet, with plenty of water, will also help a lot.

The answer to "instant hair growth" is that there isn’t any. I am sorry to report that there is just no known magic hair bullet. If you want to go from a short chop to long flowing locks instantly you have limited options. Your best bet for overnight long hair is to consider hair extensions, long wigs, clip-on braids, tails or other "instant hair".
Yes, there are lots of things that can maximize the potential of your hair growing cycle but it is folly to imagine that you can go to bed one night with chin length hair and the next day wake up with a new inch of growth.
There are some very rare exceptions, but hair on most people is genetically programmed to grow an average maximum of 6 inches a year.
Make The Commitment
Yes it is really true. Anything in life worth having takes time, commitment and focus.
It is also true that not everyone can have that gorgeous head of waist length hair. People with fine, thin, or severely damaged hair may have a difficult time growing hair past a medium length. Other factors can also retard hair growth including serious illness, ingesting some prescribed medications and a variety of environmental factors.
If you believe that you have the right type of hair to grow it long then make a serious commitment to hang in there for the duration. Growing long, strong, luscious hair requires time, effort and focus.
How long? Remember that the average person is genetically programmed to grow hair at the rate of 6 inches a year. If you want to grow 30 inches of hair, plan on waiting approximately five years to experience that length. Is it worth it? Only you can be the judge.
