how can i get my nails to grow faster/stronger?
i want to grow out my finger nails and toe nails. my finger nails are kinda short but there is a little bit of white lining at the tips. i used to bite them and i stop around two weeks ago. since i used to bite them i never had long finger nails. i want to grow out my toe nails because their in really bad shape and they look disgusting. so i want to grow out my toe nails out so once their long i can trim them down to look nice. how can i do this? i've been taking biotin, vitamin E, and B-12, which have been helping. do those polishes that are sold in stores that say they make them grow longer/faster really work? what else will work?

Well, i used to bite My nails to till i knew i had to Stop.i don’t take b-12 nor vitamin e i just let them grow.but i use nail hardener (nail polish) you can buy it at Sally’s beauty store.in about a month my nails are really long they actually look fake which is a good thing.Hoe that helps.

try taking iron pills, i take those and my nails are sooo long and healthy:)

I used to bite my nails too and that alone made my nails pretty weak and gross to look at. I didn’t use any of that stuff in the stores. I just went out and bought some pretty nail polish colours. I put on the nail polish and I always have some on. Biting your nails with nail polish on tastes disgusting and it also leaves totally unattractive bits of chipped varnish on your teeth.
Just that thought alone got me to stop biting my nails. Now they’re pretty and grow relatively strong.
I also don’t suggest getting acrylic nails and if you do, do NOT remove them yourself. I got them done once and I tried to take em off myself and my nails were literally paper thin. It took forever for them to grow back properly.

i will usually have very long fingers nails but when they start to yellow you should file them off, and to shape them you can file them with a filer and i get mine usually at target for only 50 cents. And if you want them to look longer make a really pretty design and they’ll look so awesome that they look long. Hope this helps!
