How Can I Get Beautiful Skin & Hair?
Hi everone! =)
I'm a 16 year old girl who is really wanting to know how to get beautiful skin and hair. Can you share some tips or suggestions? I know alot of you ladies out there have some secrets... =D
Ive been taing "1-a-day teen advantage for her" vitamins. And also fish oil-omega 3. Is there any other vitamins i should buy for good results?
Also i wash my face once a day with a acne wash thing. I don't have too much acne, just some pimples. Do you know how to get rid of them? I eat really healthy, so thats not the problem.
Can you please help?
Also ive been maybe wanting to buy like a special vitamin supplyment. Like a more expensive one.. Do you know of any? Or is that not a good idea?
Sorry for all these questions!! :)
THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!

I know of some at-home remedies that my sister and I have used for our hair and skin that have really worked…but they sound kinda weird…be brave and just do it! its worth it.
-mix together honey and salt and rub onto your feet/lower legs before you shower (if you use it in the shower it will not work-dissolves to quickly) wash off before you shave and when you get out your legs/feet will feel very very soft and smooth…& its all natural!
-take finely ground coffee and mix it with olive oil. While in the shower (out of the direct way of the water) rub/massage into your thighs and leave it for a few minuets. The coffee grounds act as an expropriator and the caffeine helps areas that contain cellulite. Olive oil has many antioxidants and is very hydrating to skin – also said to slow the aging process.
-Olive oil can also be combined with avocado to be mushed into a face mask. Use extra virgin olive oil because it has not been processed like other kinds it will be better on your skin.
-Putting raw eggs all the way through your wet hair before you shampoo&condition can extremely soften it.
-Also putting beer all the way through damp hair before shampoo&conditioning can have the same effect.
-I have also heard that mayonnaise is very good for your nails and hair, but since you are already having fish oil that should do the trick.
for pimples wash your face when you wake up with a gentle scrub than put on a toner and then a moisturizer. At night remove all make up & do the same before climbing into bed. I don’t suggest Proactive however, every time I use it I brake out.
De-stressing will also help with getting rid of pimples, because you already eat healthy you should focus on getting relaxed – you chill out, your skin will too.

You should drink juice or vitamin water with antioxidants like acai berry, pomegranate, and blueberry. Use stridex pads or biore face scrub. I don’t think right now you need to buy a special supplement. My dad is a vitamin freak who knows alot about health and he said a good one a day plus one other thing like fish oil is good enough. A good vitamin extra though, is biochoice or reliv. They strengthen your immune system so you don’t hardly ever get sick. Trust me they work! They are pretty expensive though. To get rid of pimples try using neutrogena products, they are one of the best. Or use biore products. Eat alot of carrots, they are good for nails, eyes and skin I think. Eating healthy makes everything better.

I’m not sure about hair, but the main thing for your skin is to stay out of the sun and use a sunscreen 365 days a year. At least a 15, but stronger if you are in direct sun. If you have some acne use a sunscreen that contains zinc oxide. This will help. At night use a cream with retinol. For day time use a cream with vitamin C. (You can put the sunsceen over that) You can find affordable brands at the drug store. Drink plenty of water and have a good attitude.
Take a multi vitamin and a B complex. I don’t think you need more at your age, especially if you are eating healthy.
