How can I fight HVP , i know there is no cure but what can i do to boost my immune system?

I have had HPV since 2003. I do my usual checkups every 3 months and the colposcopys.......I think I cry every time I have to do that because it has been 6 years and i hope to get a normal reading everytime, but only to be left feeling worse. In december I had a leep procedure, just had my check up a few weeks ago, myself and my Dr. were very positive and felt it would come back ok, Just got a call that it didnt and have to go back next week so she can tke a closer look. I have a healthy immune system (rarely get sick) I take a multi-vitamin high in folic acid (my diet is poor though) I read everywhere that the body can usually fight it off on its own within the first 2 years. Has there been any cases longer than that? Do I have hope? This whole ordeal has left me feeling very insecure and alone. Even if my sister, sister-in-law, and 3 of my friends i know have it. My sister 's went away within the 2 years. another of my friends had the wart type and had the cells frozen and now hers are normal. Im going to be 30 in a few months and feel there is no hope. This disease is very stressful. Anyone have answers? anything I should add to my diet or stay away from? Ill even try some holistic stuff, I'm open to anything.

  1. Try maitake mushroom extract and broccoli extract. Broccoli contains a compound called IC3, which has been shown to be anti-tumor in nature, so it’s a good weapon against carcinogenic varieties of HPV. Maitake is a good antimicrobial and immune system booster.

Having enough folate in one’s diet is good too, but make sure you are taking the appropriate nutrients to enhance absorption.

If all else fails and you don’t plan on having children, you may want to speak with your doctor about hysterectomy. No cervix = no cervical cancer.

And I know it’s easier said than done, but… try not to let the stress get to you. Stress is just as powerful a blow to your system as the virus itself can be, so you need to be able to decompress. Try meditation. "The Healing Waterfall" is a wonderful guided chakra meditation that will help you to visualize healing and calm your nerves.

  2. if you have normal pap smear and have no warts then everything is ok! :)
about what you are worrying ??? HPV is the virus that causes genital warts. People can be infected with HPV and never show any symptoms. Others will develop genital warts. These warts can stay the same size, grow, or go away on their own. It largely depends on the infected person’s immune system. A healthy immune system means your body may be able to suppress the virus and not show symptoms.

Even after the warts go away, the person will always remain infected with HPV. That person can spread the virus even without showing symptoms.

and if your immune system is tron then everything is perfect!!

also you should know that HPV is not genetic, it’s usually passed by skin contact when the baby comes through the birth canal when the mother has an out break of genital warts. After that baby can have mouth or/and throat warts…
There are things that can be done to prevent genital warts from being passed on when the mother gives birth. Such as having a c-section if there is an out break at the time of delivery. SO if mother will have no outbreaks or will have c-section then baby will be 100% free from HPV virus!
