How am I going to get my Vitamin D?
I hate the smell, the look, the taste. Everything about it. But how am I supposed to get Vitamin D if I don't drink milk or be in the sun long enough!

Your only real alternative is to supplement vitamin D3 daily. Note this is Vitamin D3, which is the best form of it for supplementation.
1000mg daily is an accurate amount to take orally daily. As not all of oral supplements are utilized.
You can find this at your local pharmacy very easily.
Short exposure times to the sun is the best method of vitamin D. 10 Minutes or so at a time is all you need. The body makes about 10,000 IU in 15 minutes.. so it doesn’t take long dangerous exposure times.
The sun is not ‘evil’ like it is touted.. over exposure is dangerous — but we are designed biologically to be exposed to sunlight often. To avoid it is un-natural, and unhealthy. It is all about short exposure times.
Though I respect your feelings towards it, so supplementing via pill form is your ‘third’ option.

Sun bathing. From 10:00AM to 2:00PM, 15 minutes on both sides of your bod. Expose as much skin as possible. Three times per week. When temps go below 70, start back up again in early Spring.

There are other sources of vitamin D, except milk and "the sun".
Fish (tunafish, sardines, herring, salmon), soy milk, orange juice, broccoli, shiitake & button mushrooms, eggs, cod liver oil, etc.
