I've been getting some requests for lower back exercises, I demonstrate a few in this video and explain repetitions, sets and general advice on how to get the most out of each variation.   9. Sorry, but the plank is the best exercise ever for lower back core and sabilisation of your posture
    and these are not .

  13. hey i did this exercise for the first time and it went well but when i went jogging the next day i felt discomfort in my back. is this normal or am i doing something wrong?

  14. @fight26club That is perfectly normal, it is called DOMS (DELAYED ONSET MUSCLE SORENESS) and will go away within atleast 3-4 days, this basically means you fatigued the muscle group and it is going to grow back stronger after the rest period :)
    However, if you find that you still have some discomfort after a week, go see a doctor (Unlikely)

  16. @fight26club It’s probably best if you wait until you aren’t sore before the next workout, especially after the first time of performing these exercises.

  18. Great stuff! I’d like some ideas for chest exercises, considering I don’t have a bench or gym membership, just a pair of dumbbells. Pushups are the only thing I have right now, but I’d like to know about any others I could do. Thanks.
