Im trying to grow my hair too. =]
- Dont wash your hair everyday
- Avoid brushing too much while wet
- Use cream or spray that protects you against heat
- If you colour your hair, dont do it so often
- Keep healthy (eating and exercising)
- Cut back on salt and sugar
- Have more than enough sleep. This is when your hair grows
- Take special pills such as biotin
- Try taking multivitamins you get them from supermarket. Vitamin E is good
- Get a trim every 2 months or so
- Have your hair out when you go to bed
- Massage your scalp with aloe vera, coconut oil or vaseline 3 times a week
- Try a different shampoo and conditioner
- Dont straighten or dry it as much. I know its hard but it does help!!
- Braid your hair often
If nothing works then you could get extentions.
All you can do is wait and see what happens!
Good luck!

i use the TreSemme conditioner with gelatine… it’s so great even my nails grew longer, and i haven’t had long nails in forever!
when you have regular trims it helps too because it gets rid of frizz and split ends.
prenatal vitamins are great for hair, and you can get them in any CVS or Walgreens or whatever.
