Help! What vitamin do I take

I have dry hands and feet and someone told me vitamin b would help. I went to the drug store and there are vitamin b with numbers after them. Does anyone know whats best for me?
Thanks♄
They feel dry inside not on my skin itself.

  1. Vitamin E, A and C. I don’t know Bs would do for that. Apply E topically too.

  2. Get some lotion…

  3. vitamin b complex ??

  4. Just take regular old Centrum vitamins. That will regulate all the vitamins in your body to work correctly together. I think after about a week it will regulate in your body and it should stop. I would just start using Aveeno lotion. It does wonders for me.

  5. i think it might be vitamin B12

  6. Just take a multivitamin every day and MOISTURIZE your hands and feet with a deep hydrating lotion every morning and night. Sorry but B vitamins have nothing to do with dry skin..

  7. i would agree with vitamin b complex

  8. i think vitimin c or d im not sure

  9. was it b-12? if it is then you should buy some supplements from a regular grocery store (i recommend Nature Made brand).

  10. Gold Bond Ultimate Skin Healing Therapy Lotion is great…it uses a mix of vitamins A, C, and E. Apply twice daily.

  11. vitamin E is really good, they actually have a vitamin E extract for lotion and stuff but u can just buy the plain oil which makes everything baby soft!
