HELP!!! how can i make my hair thicker? it's sheds way too much and i'm only 15!!!?

i think i've been getting poor nutrition and had school stress (i'm too young for this!) for a while now...
and my hair is falling out/shedding...like a LOT! it's really too thin now...

so, which VITAMINS (A, B, C, iron, folic acid, phosphate, etc.???) and which shampoos/conditioners or growing creams you can buy in stores are good for growing hair thicker and just MORE hair folicles (i think that's the word)?

also, how can exactly does the stress and poor nutrition affect hair (the chemical aspect of it)? what is good for stress that causes hair issues like this?

thanks for helping me out in advance! ^____^

  1. Using straigheners or blow drying your hair alot will damage your hair and cause it to be brittle. Dying your hair will cause your hair to weaken as the chemicals in the dyes damage it. Try to protect your hair with anti-heat hair products before styling your hair with straighteners or using any kind of heat on your hair.

Stress usually accounts for alot of premature hair loss because the body seems to react to dealing with stress (Or illness) by taking ‘time-out’ from growing hair, to focus using the nutrients for healing.

‘Hair loss occurs when the diet is inadequate in the B vitamins – especially B6, biotin, inositol and folic acid; and the minerals magnesium, sulfur and zinc. The B vitamins, especially B5 (pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin), are especially important for hair growth.’

Using good quality hair products for brittle hair will help alot also. Allow up to 6 months hair to grow back properly. Its not an overnight thing.

  2. well your hair shouldn’t just shed like that. do you like straighten your hair. b/c that may be why. you should drink fish oil. it helps =)

  3. there’s a vitamin called biotin.
But you should check with your doctor first. Find out why your hair is falling out. It could be serious.

  4. use a different shampoo
