Health & Diet
How I try to be healthy, haha. I'm 5'8.5", 174cm, a bit over 120 lbs, or around 55kg. I'm trying to lose a few more lbs. Tips: - Drink a glass of hot water or lemon water first thing in the morning to flush out system - Always eat breakfast, eat your carbs in the morning - Spread out meals into 6 small meals a day - No sugar or carbs for dinner, low salt for dinner - No eating 4 hours before bed time - Watch your sauces, creamy sauces are high in calories - Dinner should be the smallest meal - Count your calories, I stick to around or under 1000 a day on the weekdays when I'm trying to lose weight - You don't need 2000 calories if all you do is sit around - Exercise Foods in my regular diet: Apples, other fruits, plain oatmeal, fat free yogurt, coffee (with cream only), unsalted mixed nuts, egg, vegetables, baby carrots, celery, rotisserie or grilled chicken, tomato soup, green tea, dark chocolate, tuna Foods I never/rarely eat: Juices (bottled), soda, artificial drinks, pizza, cheese, burgers, hot dogs, fried food, cake, cookies, sweets, chips, salty snacks, ice cream, bread My favorite foods: Hot pot, sukiyaki, shabu shabu, Korean BBQ, Taiwanese food, steak, ribs My weight loss story: www.fuzkittie.com Music: Mika's Song by Yiruma Intro: Rainism by Rain

In asian countries you see thin girls everywhere, so it becomes the NORM. It’s unusual to see any 50kg plus girls on the streets, so you don’t want to be …uh… abnormal.

I think this is not a diet its just a healthy
life style… Everything she sad is right and the ones
who live healthy like she does are doing the right thing….
And BDW I think her figure is normal becouse Asian have
a different bone structure… Rihanna has 3kg less and she
looks normal too (even shes not Asian)…

@BettyBoopBoots The asian BMI is smaller since asians have smaller frames. And that’s the truth. Yoona from SNSD’s BMI is 17.2 but she’s perfectly healthy. She’s always had a thin frame and she’s not sick. Same with Sooyoung from SNSD. She’s skinner than Yoona but an inch taller. Healthy Healthy Healthy.
So you can’t generalize for every person. Are you asian? Do you know the normal for asians? So leave her alone.
Just get all your food groups Fuz and sleep! Stay healthy!

“No eating four hours before bed is AN OLD WIVES TAIL.”
Rubbish, its a well known fact that you do not need energy to sit around at night. You are likely to have a better sleep and your body can heal and concentrate on other things other than digesting like, a big dinner. Food is fuel, you do not need fuel to sleep.
I think this is a really good advice, as she does say that weight loss will not work if you do not allow for some treats.
… Anyway, thanks for your advice.

Your hot. The information is well detailed and helpful. At 5’8 and 120 – 130 pound is a very good frame for a woman. Take your multi-vitamins, eat high protein, vegetables (non-soy), complex carbs, exercise and sleep well and you’ll live an overall healthy life. Thanks for the upload.

Hey I love most of your videos, but this one is a bit off. There is no way you can sustain a diet under 1000kcal long term, your body will demand more sooner or later and you will experience a yoyo effect.. also to drop more weight than you have is a bit sickening. Rather hit the gym to tone the muscles!

I’d never bother paying THIS much attention to what I eat. I just eat pretty healthily and eat stuff I like and exercise 3-4 days a week. I may not be model skinny, but I think I’m a hell of a lot more happy than starving models.

I think you should be happy the way you are because YOU ARE NOT FAT. This video is kind of sick to me because there are less fortunate people out there that weigh more than you and here you are telling us how you want to lose MORE POUNDS? I think those people would be happy as hell to look like you. I believe in Eating Healthy but not Dieting. Dieting is not good. Living a healthy lifestyle is :D
