PLEASE HELP (ps, my teeth arent white, but not super ugly. and im also in ok shape.)

  2. Although Japan’s smoking rate is very high compared to USA and European countries, Japanese ppl has the longest life expectancy in the world. I think it means having too much sugar is more harmful than smoking. Japan’s per-capita volume of sugar consumption is the lowest among developed countries. Anyway, it is certain that obesity people who don’t smoke can’t live longer than smokers who try to eat healthy.

  3. I would like to see a video concerning supplements such as muscle milk

  4. Okinawas ate sweet potato, fish and veggies. The refined sugars, flours and rice take out Mn, Zn, Mg, Cr, Fe, vitamin E etc…. the fist of these nutrients is needed by the cell to grab the insulin, make the insulin etc… Man pulled out the nutrients we needed to handle the sugary food and we are going diabetic

  5. Everything I read about prediabetes suggests that insulin receptors are the problem and that getting fat somehow “dumbs down” our receptors making the pancreas produce more insulin….and insulin knocks out the hormone leptin’s affect on the brains pleasure or reward center which makes us stop eating….

  6. I like your videos!!! “wow, you’re super beautiful, I’m a 33yr-old african american male, 6’1″, phx,az I would love to get to know you!!! “xoxo”

  7. This video was done in 2008 but hopefully you’ll still read this. I want to know what cooking your fruits and veggies does to change the food. I’d also like to know the difference between fresh, frozen, and canned.

  8. @aleterra C(12)H(22)O(11) and C(2)H(5)OH. are completely different. one actually is derived from the other i agree and in any regards both have potential for abuse. but i don’t see one being restricted like the other. and you certainly don’t have to be a certain age to get one from the other. let alone go to a specialized store or gathering to get it. so the issue stay, but hey. it will never change, politicians love to drink and eat sweets, god forbid you take any of those away.

  9. Thanks for the video, just wish it was much shorter, maybe just the last 3 minutes.

  10. @MrREALISTICoptimism

Ugh, I knooooow. I wish that they’d start a blog and link you to a written article of everything she says or something. I could read this so much faster than if I had to listen to all of these videos.

  11. Hmm… after watching this video I have a sugar craving. XD

  12. I like your videos, I really do – but you’re killing your own message with all the sugar treats on the screen behind you! I’m having a hard time buying into your message about fruit vs refined sugar, when all I can think about are the cookies and candy images!!

  13. she is very correct on all of this. well done on this video.

  14. @killlagger468
Sugar is in tobacco and alcohol.. Alcohol is mostly sugar.

  15. when you’ve lost enough weight how should you return to a normal diet without gaining weight back?

  16. @killlagger468 Sugar is not the problem. People ingesting too much sugar is the problem. If someone is dumb enough to think soda, candy, and junk food are ok to eat and drink all the time, they deserve to be unhealthy.

  17. @GalaxyRose15 What do you call a normal diet? You NEVER have to diet to lose weight. Diets don’t work, they are a scam. You don’t start a diet, lose weight, and then return to eating the way you use to. Eating junk food, drinking soda, etc is not normal. To lose weight, learn how to eat healthy, and exercise a couple times a week minimum. That is it. It’s super easy, and anyone in the entire world can do it. You can eat unhealthy stuff, just not everyday.

  18. im lookin at the background more than payn attention to what she’s sayn!!! i thought dis vid is suppose to help, nt make me wanna buy more candy and soda!!?

  19. I’ve probably eaten enough sugar for 10 lifetimes. I am absolutely addicted to it and have struggled for decades to overcome it. I haven’t succeeded yet.

  20. You need to know what you are talking about before you talk about it on the web. You do NOT know about Diabetes. Do your research before you open your mouth

  21. What is bad about white rice? Or is it not bad?

  22. Those pics are makin me wanna some sugarrrrrrrrrrrr …..

  23. I am a food addict. I over eat food, sugar and what ever. I like to eat all day. I hate being fat and your videos helped me understand more the reasons why I need to get help
