@SusiesFashionTipsx Hi. abs alone wont make your mid section smaller. You have to eat properly and do cardiovascular exercises several times a week. Abs exercises will enhance the results you get from cardio and proper eating habits. When you are consistent, safe, and and putting all 3 components together you will see results within about 2 weeks. Please consult with your physician. Thanks. Be well.

I just had a baby 3 months ago, and would like to get back in shape. I’m not as active as I used to be, and would love some things I could do at home to get back my flats stomach. I’m already watching my calories! Any idea as to as a simple daily routine that would show results?

@AuxNatural I first suggest getting clearance from your physician to exercise. After that, start with walking, stretching, and my breathing exercises. This will be an effective first step….as you gain endurance you will be able to do much more. Many of videos can be helpful. please search them for ones that appeal to you…be well. alycia

how many days or weeks does it take to notice the difference ?!

oh I looove these exercises!! I hope it will help lose the belly fat I put on from the pill =( I’m only 22 and don’t feel comfortable in my body even tho I’m not overweight… oh man I hope it will help! if you have any tips let me know!

Hi! I’m not overweight, but I really want to make my midsection smaller and get a more flat stomach. I’ve started a hip hop work out for about an hour a day, and I have been checking my calories more. I haven’t noticed TOO much difference, since it’s only been a week, but I was wondering if there was anything else to do? I’m no expert, I just want to look great in a bikini

@xxlebanese4lifexx Well it depends on how well you eat and how active you are. Abdominal exercises are meant to supplement a well rounded program. If you do abs, cardio and eat well, you can see results in 2 weeks. Always be careful. Be well. Alycia

I want to do this, but i heard if you do crunches and you have fat on your stomach, it builds up the muscle underneath and pushes out the fat, should i still do this even if i have belly fat, and not just working for defined abs?

@coookiemonster94 Performing abs should be a supplement to a well rounded fitness program. Cardio several times a week and eating properly will decrease the overall fat in the mid section and abs will help strengthen and tone the mid section. They all do need to be done together. Be well. Alycia

Oh wow I just randomly came across your videos, I’ve already subcribed – but yeah I’m 20 – just had a baby 8 weeks ago, and because I’m a single first time mum – about to start university and I’m super busy – but because these vids are super quick this is exactly what I needed!
