Has anyone with moderate-severe acne had success with the Neutrogena Wave?
I am 26 years old and suffer from hyperandrogenism and PCOS which has resulted in severe hormonal acne. I take prescription meds for it but my skin is still a disaster. Tried just about everything on the shelf in stores, and also tried clay masks, lemon juice, tea tree oil, dr. gordshells skin cream, asprin masks, apple cider vinegar, emu oil, egg whites and sulphur to name a few. I take fish oils and lots of vitamins A, B6, C, D, MSM, and probiotics daily. I eat well, mostly low glycemic and avoid most dairy, white flour, and all cane sugar. My acne is so severe that I barely even leave my house anymore. I realize I'm am probably wasting my time even thinking about trying this, but have any of you with moderate-severe acne had good results with the wave?

I had really bad acne when I was younger and I used the wave and at first it didn’t work but then it started working, heres some tips:
Change pads every single use!
Never leave it face down or it will collect germs, bacteria, and gunk.
Don’t expect foaming and stuff like Vanessa Hudgens
Don’t press hard, very light for best results.
It doesn’t matter weather you use the original or duo
Always wet face thoroughly with water before and after use!
Thats all I have to say!! Good luck!!!!!!!

The wave is just a cheap drugstore brand of the clarasonic. The clarasonic, is abolsutely amazing. Its kind of expensive but sooo worth it. Alot of times you get severe acne because youre not exfoliating enough and this cleans out your pores soooo well. I swear by it. I got it a year ago and LOVE it. So you might want to try it :p just a suggestion
