Has anyone taken Hair Skin and Nail vitamins from GNC?
I bought these pills about a month ago and I have had good results has anyone else taken them and have good hair growth if so how long and what period of time

No, but it’s interesting that you recommended them as I saw them today and I did consider buying them!

yes these do work well……they help to promote heathy hair skin and nails. it never says anywhere that it will actually make your hair grow……i took them for about a 6 month period when i was under alot of stress. my hair had been shedding/falling out prior to taking them. it did stop the shedding problem for me

I was talking to a co-worker about hair vitamins about an hour ago and she recommended these to me. She’s had good results with them and I think I’m going to try them.

I take them! :] It did make my hair grow faster, and my acne cleared up a little bit too.
