Hair grows approx 1/2 inch per month. Biotin check it out on WebMD and Google it also try vitamin E.

for my hair to grow to the middle of my back it takes like 1 year and a half and taking pre-natal vitamins helps I hear but you can never rush it

You should take biotin instead…it works bette in my opinion. It is for hair skin and nails. If you take that with msm you should see results within 1 to 2 months. Don’t get impatient. It wont happen overnight.

I was taking hair, nail, and skin vitamins and using M&T shampoo and conditioner, too. But, it didn’t really do much for me. The M&T shampoo seemed promising at first, but didn’t do anything ‘wowing’ for me. Though, we all experience different results, so give it a try for a few months and just be patient.
I think having a good diet is the best bet for growing healthy hair. I am going to focus more on that in the upcoming months. I think the hair straightener has been killing my hair as well (breaking it off) so I am going to try and find ways to limit my use of that.
