Hair Loss Problem? :'[?

My Grandma is 66 in good shape, her hair is very thin, and fairly long a little past her shoulders, But lately her hair has been falling out...I notice on her black shirts its like she sheds,
and in the shower she says it comes out in "chunks"
She's not bald, but you can see her scalp on the top of her head and near her bangs....

Lately she's been eating fast food ALOT, she's diabetic,

Any help? on what she should eat, Vitamins? exercise? hair products? she's been using pantene, and bought Fat hair...to stregthen her hair...
Please help. Her mom and dad have a full head of thick hair...

help help help

  1. being low on iron and vital nutrients such as vitamin E can make your hair fall out. Unless it is hereditary in which case there isn’t much you can do. She should try eating foods rich in vitamins and that have a lot of iron. Also go to a salon they may offer many products to help coat her hair to prevent future hairloss and breakage….

  2. vitamins and check what shampoo she’s using because pantine (sp) and garnea (wow cant spell today…lol…sorry) fructise makes my hair come out too.
