  4. Hi, just a term used to describe a really flat and toned stomach that’s hard to the touch because the muscles are very tight and toned.

  5. Sure. If you find you want more resistance, you can up it to 10 lbs. eventually.

  23. you wont’ get 6pack without body fat somewhere around 10% and below. In otherwords, you can work out your abs all you want if you don’t eat well your body fat remains high and the abs won’t show.

  24. hi, i’m 15 almost 16 and i’m trying to get a nice flat stomach.. i really love your exercises, i’ve just started watching your videos.. i really got motivated and i really want to try to do them everyday.. i have been jogging for the past 4 months.. but i really don’t see any difference.. i have been trying to improve my eating habits and i can really say i’m been doing, let’s say, a good job. haha.. i just hoped you could give some tips of how could i get a small waist faster,, thank you:D

  25. Hi, keep up the cardio; it’s so important toward achieving a flat stomach. Be sure to do at least 10 minutes of ab work every other day.
