Get out of Bed Pain-free, Back Exercise
Those with back pain dread getting out of bed, and if you do have back pain, this simple exercise will help you strengthen your back. Getting out of bed and or sleeping through the night without pain or with less pain will become easier after watching this short clip. Plank instructions, find how long you can do a plank till painful. Repeat planks for non-painful time and build up tolerance.
