  9. If you want to lose FAT and not muscle, it’s not about calorie counting (although that is only a part to). Try looking up the Paleo Lifestyle. It changed my entire body composition and I am now a leaner, fitter muscular person! It’s hard at first but you will never go back! The science behind it is also amazing

  10. Im eating a bag of lays bbq chips watching this and i feel really bad…… I really need to loose weight im 178lbs and im 5’5.

  11. I think milk would be a healthier choice for oatmeal since you get your calcium. And instead of using 2% milk, skim milk would be healthier. But it’s just my opinion, but I think using milk would be better for those who don’t get enough calcium. ^__^

  16. I like how realistic you are! I think it’s funny how some people are under the impression that instead of eating a dinner meal and a dessert, they could just skip the meal and eat dessert, thinking that it’s healthier. Wtf O.O

  19. @brittanylol4 You don’t need to go to the gym to exercise :) Go for long jogs several times a week and jump rope daily. Then you can add push-ups and crunches to your regimen!

  20. @tenzing101 I’m definitely not the person to ask, as I am not a vegetarian, but veggie burgers with whole grain bread/buns make me full!

  21. @asianbejealous I’m mildly lactose intolerant so I can’t drink milk often :) I buy Lactaid sometimes but I don’t like the way it thickens the oatmeal!

  24. @Joxxy LOL I know what you mean. At the end of the day, the difference is that I think I’ve learned to approach food in a “make myself happy” kind of way! I love junk food and still eat candy but I eat the kind that’s a little better for my waistline – compromise :) I don’t want to be a health nut because I think that’d take the fun out of eating.. I love food too much for that to happen!
