Flintstone vitamins. Cheap alternative to prenatal vitamins?
My sister told me that her Dr. said that if you can't afford or for some reason can't take prenatal vitamins that Flintstone vitamins work just as well. Any knowledge on this one? 'Cause I bought some in the hopes of improving my hair and nails, and maybe it's wishful thinking but I swear my nails were harder to cut today.
Well, thanks for those particular hints but that still doesn't answer if the Filtstones are a viable alternative to prenatal.

take the bottle of flinstones and a bottle of prenatal and read the backs of them, …. prenatal vits dont give you the nice nails and hair, pregnancy does…. otherwise wed all take pills for things like that

wal mart sells cheap prenatal vitamins! also if your not pregnant they have hair and nail vitamins. GNC also has them and they really aren’t that expensive.
