  3. @AtumnLeaf7463 Well, I’m not sure exactly how many days we’re talking about. Results could start happening after just a week or two, or it could take longer, depending on how out of shape you are. The important thing is consistency. If you only did it once a day, but stuck to it over a long term, regular schedule, you’ll probably see better results with less frustration. Plan on it taking a month or two before you start getting really great abs. If it happens sooner than that, woo hoo!!!

  17. @IRhapeZombies yes i was a chubby dude b4 and i did lots of workouts i also did this and now i hav abs but the most important thing to burn fat is jogging and skipping ropes..

  20. I can do about 120 regular situps without serious death but this just rapes me :D I will do it for a couple of months, and check the result

  21. You won’t burn hardly any fat doing crunches and sit-ups. You CANNOT spot reduce fat. Do stomach crunches 3 times a week and do something like running, swimming, cycling to burn fat. Planks are another very good core exercise.
