  5. iv e tried lots of exercises and this is the best ever wish i could hire this woman this def beats alot of rubbish exercises that dont work, for the first time in my life im actually developing a 2 pak

  6. if you have fat on your stomach you will not see abs but this will strengthen your core, you cant spot reduce fat, and abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym.

    actually , I have been into exercises like push ups and sit ups( example may include crunches and staying up) for many months about half a year. After it , now I’m into these kinds of exercises and just watched some of your excellent videos. First of all , I’m not sure about what you said , is it like breathing in or out to keep the stomach in ? If in , then I have been doing it for a year. I have a “not bad stomach” but horrible 2 lower abs.

  11. I can actually barely see the upper 3 but feel them greatly by touching ONLY WHEN PRESSING . Now, my lower abs i can feel them but they cannot be seen at all and I don’t really care , but the problem is that down I can realize like a tummy. I’m sure they are not fats because I’m thin and practice football,fighting,gym,running…+ the food in my society aren’t based on fats but on seeds,vegetables,fruit,meat,chicken…I can’t really explain the problem of the lower abs .

I’m sorry for the long talk and thankful to you , Now comes my question : Do you mind discussing the matter on the mail so that I can show you the lower abs on the cam for you to better understand the problem and characterize it? because no matter what exercises I do , they stay the same and I don’t feel them strengthening during work-out.   17. Hi, you need to do cardio exercise to burn calories as well as leg exercises like lunges. Please check out my leg exercises videos; I think you will find them very helpful :o)

  18. hey ,, im 16 years old and my hight is 164cm and 54 kilos .. my stomach isnt flat but it isnt big .. “i have a small belly under the stomch “. so my first queation is this exercise works for me ,, and my second one do i need to lose more weight !? please replay ! thank u ..

  19. Hi, this exercise is terrific for you. I really don’t advocate dieting at your age. I recommend you eat a healthy well-balanced diet from all the food groups (dairy, vegetables, fruits, proteins like meat and chicken and healthy snacks like nuts and peanut butter). Avoid junk foods like sugary snacks and salty processed foods and maintain regular exercise.

    First of i Lovee your videos!!I had a few questions…Im 15 years old around 5’4″&my stomach is FLAT but definitely not big.It’s like my upper stomach is flat but then the lower stomach comes out a tiny bit…&i just want it gone!What are Really good exercises for that?& than my butt is kinda bigish hah what are exercises that make my butt smaller?&then the last question is INNER thighs!I hate them!What are the Best exercises for that!?&whats a Good diet for a girl my age?
