umm i have snapping hip syndrome and i was wondering if you had any stretches for the front / inside of the hip, the stretches my pt trainer taught me dont do enough focus around the hip flexor area and are very difficult to do and must be done for a very long time

In Finland it is quite known with certain amount of Naturopath-experts that many back pains are due to wrongly aligned pelvis. Basically the whole ilium-bone (Many normal doctors don’t believe in this) seems to be moved. You can check this by laying down and have your partner pull gently your legs and see if your legs seem different lengths. If they do, it very likely is because you have misaligned your pelvis.

Rossiter is fast. God in her infinite wisdom gave us quick fixes to do. This is one of them. Easier, less to know, anybody can do it.

You just have to go in there and change it. Put your foot in there and call for movement, No movement, no change.

my hip pain is since four month ago after a chiropractor adjustment so I never went back there again, I could barely walk that evening and the next few days after that, will this help me for it? did he dislocate my hip or what?
December 21st, 2009 - 18:23
No he didn’t dislocate your hip, You wouldn’t be walking. THis will help but you’ve got to find a person to help you. just do the technique and start on the opposite side.
December 21st, 2009 - 18:25
Yes, you pushed to hard and used the stronger side of your body to do it. Now the other side is whining at you. Do the lower back technique on the strong leg. That should do it.

ive been using all kinds of pain cream , i find having your leg flat and stretched out with the toes up helps, you then bring your knee in towards your chest
December 21st, 2009 - 19:51

i was recently in a soccer match and i dont no what i did but i cant jog or run and when i walk it hurts and theirs no bruises or swelling ive been using icy hot but it doesnt seem to help and i need to get back in my season asap please if anyone has a suggestion to help me please do. ive tried all these strectches and stuff but it doesnt seem to heel im kind of worried if its a nerve or ligament.
January 6th, 2010 - 14:43
FIrst, did you try to do them alone? If you did, forget it. It won’t work until you get some help. You may have tried it a little and when it hurt you quit. IF you did that, too bad, the stretch is supposed to hurt. Remember, you start on the opposite side. Make sure you’re actually on the TFL, too.
